Is the emphasis on the second syllable?

Not sure.

Don't know. I prefer the sound of EL-o-wen, possibly because it reminds me of Elinor!

Yes, it’s eh-LOW-en.

The one I've met was ELL-o-wen. That's how I'd automatically read it but idk.

If it is, I think of a cow. The dog's Ebarken, and the hen's Eclucken, and the cow's Elowen.womp womp...2 of 3 pronunciation comments on the name say it's on the second syllable.
I noticed that a while ago, but I still naturally would read it with emphasis on the first.

I like Elowen Suzanne best. I like them all except Cecilia

If this woman is right, and she seems to know what she's talking about, the emphasis is on the second syllable:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ac3pbb0eAkI
In which case, I think it's pretty. I wouldn't like it with the emphasis on the first syllable.

It reminds me of owls. I’d name my snow owl Elowen :) It’s such a lovely and mysterious name. Elowen Miranda is gorgeous! I like that Miranda is Shakespearean and a moon which seems to suit Elowen perfectly!

Elowen is lovely. Such a pretty, feminine name. Sadie Elowen and Elowen Miranda are my fave of your combos.

Elowen is very lovely. It's been one of my top favorites for a couple of years now. It's simply soft and gorgeous and has a classic, ageless vibe to it which I admire. It's an underused gem of a name that deserves way more recognition. I honestly believe it has the potential to reach the charts some day. It would fit in with many other names and trends yet would also be fresh, containing it's own identity.I like 'Elowen Paige' & 'Sadie Elowen' from your list.
