[Opinions] Jeffrey
I don't care for this name, but this popped up randomly. WDYT? It comes off as a dad name to me. I much prefer Geoffrey.

Jeffrey sounds whiny to me. But I do like Jeff, which is why I vastly prefer Jefferson as a full name.

Jeffrey is a nice name.I once knew a Geoffrey who insisted on his name being pronounced JOFF-ree. I don't think you could get much more pretentious.

It's a dad name to me too since it was my dad's name, haha. I think it's all right.

It’s not bad, but feels very random guy born in the 70s or 80s.

Jeffrey is a nice name, and Jeff is such a friendly nn. Geoffrey looks pompous and posh. Actually I think it looks stupid, even though it's the "original" spelling.

I also prefer Geoffrey. Once I was startled to meet a Jeffery, which almost put me off my lunch. Nice guy; deserved better.Given enough sons - more than eleven! - I'd consider using Geoffrey for its wonderfully medieval vibe.

I have to get name spellings correct as part of my job, and have found that Jeffery is not uncommon in the US.

Yeah, my dad's name was spelled Jeffery, which I always thought was a weird spelling.
