I prefer the soft sound of Lenore but could never use it, it's a popular fabric softener brand in the UK :(

I love both of them but then, I am very partial to the Leonora/Eleonora/Eléonore/Leonor/Lenore/etc. names. I think with these two options, I ever so slightly prefer Lenore due to it being the more understated of the two. But really, all versions from Ellinor to Leonor are gorgeous.

I like Eleanor so much that I'd never consider an alternative. But I'd never consider Lenore at all - don't like the rhythm or the Raven connection. And Lenora shortens conveniently to Nora, which is a big plus. Eleanora looks awful but sounds better.
