Hestia has really grown on me recently. She is one of the overlooked goddesses, but I've come to appreciate her comparitively peaceful nature, protective associations, and homebody comfort. She is the Helga Hufflepuff of Olympus.

Minerva has a cute sound to it even though the goddess herself could hardly be described as such.
Sappho is a guilty pleasure, but, if you are bold enough that you decide to use it one day, you'll have my applause.
