Sorry, I tried to hold off because you said it's your middle name. But again I am experiencing that irresistible urge to put in my minority viewpoint about a universally or almost universally praised BtN darlin'. I think Ruth is one of the ugliest names in existence.

I love the name Ruth, always have. I would definitely consider using it in the future for a DD. I have always loved the story of Ruth from the Bible. Ruth Elowen is my fave combo, I adore both names and they work so beautifully together.

Most of your mn choices would not be mine. Ruth Eponine, for instance, though it looks and sounds wonderful. I don't enjoy the repeated u sounds in Ruth Juliette: what about Ruth Gillian?
My go-to combo is Ruth Penelope; Ruth Philippa, Ruth Felicity, Ruth Celia also work for me. I knew a Ruth Margaret and a friend's daughter is Ruth Mary: I prefer Margaret, but Mary is a family name, so ...
