Izzy seems ditzy and reminds me of dizzy/tizzy.
Iggy reminds me of Ziggy Star Dust, Iggy Pop, Iggy Azalea.

I think the 3rd option is the most fun, but I'd be most likely to use the 1st for those NNs, or with the same gender, a combination of the 1st two.
