I like Emilia for a girl, and I LOVE Emil / Emile for a boy (my 10-year-old nephew has a friend named Emil, prn. eh-MEEL). I don't care for the sound or look of Emilian, though, sorry. Good luck!

"chameleon" *LOL*I actually like Emiliano. My mother's family is of Hispanic heritage, and when we were pregnant with Scarlett we argued about a boy's name. I liked Emiliano because it sounds like Lillian! So, of course, does Gideon, which we eventually DID use for our second son. We never thought about Emilian. Overlooked it, I guess.~Lillian~
