It honestly looks better on a prissy poodle than a person. Every bit as tacky as Queen, if not worse.

Awful. The repeated ee sound is unappealing, and naming a child Queen is bad enough, but turning it into a childish diminutive is very much worse.

That said, DH once had a student whose name was Queen Elizabeth Ln. He said he felt uncomfortable every time he had to speak to her.
