[Opinions] Leila
WDyt of Leila? I also had two little girl students with this name. One is four now and the other I think just turned seven.

So-so, prefer the Leyla spelling with the pronunciation as in Eric Clapton's song.
Apart from that I' m really bored of the never ending sequence of female L-Names meanwhile in those days. (ex. Wordsmith's Leopoldine, )

I like it a lot. I know a kid named Leila (I think she's 6 or 7) and I think it fits all different ages. I think it's more versatile than Layla-- even though they're variant transcriptions of the same name I think Layla looks more young and less serious, while Leila can easily be young and playful or mature and serious.
This is my preferred spelling of the name (usually it's Layla, but I worry that spelling also leads to bad jokes in high school).
I love Leila (pr. LAY-luh). She's my kitty (see picture in my profile). I think it suits any age.
I think I prefer this spelling over Layla, due to the “Lay” part looking kinda made-up. It’s a nice name, it’s very pretty and I like the meaning.
It's ok, there are a few spellings and pronunciation of the name, which could be a probt
