Rhiannon is really nice, I like it a lot. It’s easy to spell, sounds good and will age well too.
Anwen I love! It’s such a beautiful name and one I discovered not too long ago. Annie would be a cute nn, not that it needs one.
Eirwen and Ceinwen are fine, if you’re Welsh! They don’t crossover as easily imo, as the pronunciation of both names is not as straight forward.

I adore Welsh names and I think all of these are lovely. If I had to pick a favorite I’d go with Rhiannon. I know in Welsh the C is pronounced like a K. ( My name is pronounced like kerry not serrie or surry.) I think Ceinwen is probably KINE win or CAIN wen.

I like Rhiannon: it sounds convincing in English and is so much better than fake Rhianna.
Anwen pleases me, but reluctantly! I taught an Anwen once, but she always went by Anne because she said people (kids, no doubt) teased her unmercifully if she told them her real name. I found this very sad.
Eirwen is no doubt fine in its natural habitat, but in English it is perilously close to 'earworm'.
Ceinwen - that would be kine, as in cattle, + win. And that's what puts me off.

Huh, I didn't think of earworm. I thought it might be too close to Erwin though.

I like all of them, Ceinwen is my least favorite but I still like it.
Rhiannon - I used to think it was too common but I haven't actually met any, and a non-namenerd who told me she liked the name even said it might be "too much" or OTT. So I think at least in my region it's safe from being common. I like it because it gives me... I guess "hippie vibes"? In a non-cheesy way.
Anwen - I love this one. It's slowly crept onto my "would use IRL" list. I know someone named Anwyn IRL so that made it seem a lot more usable. I just wish it was actually related to Annwn.
