Aarika appears to be a creative spelling of Erika, which is a feminization of Erik, which is an alternate spelling of Eric. Click here for information on --> Eric

I agree with you, Beata.
But I see one more possibility: ARIE + ke (deminutive) turned to -ka.
(not very likely though)
