A few years ago when I first listened to the soundtrack of the Broadway show, I read that Theodosia had a small uptick in usage because of Hamilton. It looks like it had two surges in usage-- in 2017 and 2020 according to babycenter. I don't think it will zoot out of obscurity quite yet, if only because of it being recognized in the play and song, and because people like me fell in love with it upon hearing it. Will it be popular or get on the top 1000 name list? Probably not.
