[Opinions] Letitia sibset (and -sha names)
Replies
Quite amusing. I much prefer Alice to fussed-up Alicia, but I can't for the life of me imagine why Lettice was used rather than Letitia - didn't 19th century people eat salad?
The only other -sha name I enjoy is Patricia, but because it never stays Patricia and I can't stand all the Pat and Trish variations, I'd never use it.

I absolutely adore Letitia. I do prefer the French Laetitia leh-tee-syah but I like leh-tee-sha just as well. I could totally get behind using this name.
I like Alicia well enough. I wouldn't use them together.
I also like Felicia, and the Russian diminutives with -SHA endings are nice too: Sasha, Masha, Natasha.

The Anastasia's I know pronounce it sha
Letitia has been tainted by a fourth-grade classmate (she spelled it Leticia, but still...) who had absolutely zero tolerance when it came to little, listless old me - let's just put it that way. I am starting to come around to the name, but I'm not quite there yet and will only use it in the middle.
