You seem really young so I doubt this is an issue for you right now but I really want to give you some advice. I've held several jobs over the years where I was either in charge of the hiring process or helped with it and when it came down to it, we always go with those candidates who show trouble-solving initiative. There's nothing wrong with asking questions of course (and you definitely should if you don't know where to find the answer to something), but there's a different between waiting for an answer and seeking an answer yourself and employers heavily prefer the latter in job candidates because nobody has the time to micromanage (unless that's a personality flaw your manager has, in which case, that sucks and I'm sorry lol).
