I like Lida. It's pretty and peppy and I like peppy names.
Lyda I don't like as much. It's similar to Lyra, which is one of my most favorite names, but there's something... less pretty about Lyda. Not bad, I'd find it interesting if I met something with that name, but it's not a favorite.
eta: this is assuming they're said as the following:
Lida - lee-dah
Lyda - lie-dah
