I like all of the girls names, except for Siobhan, which is nice but feels old fashioned to me.

I’m really liking Aoife and Saoirse at the moment. They sound so soft but strong. Saoirse also makes me think of seashells and that’s not a bad association really. I don’t think I could ever use them even though both my parents have irish in them, because people find them so difficult to pronounce. I also found a really interesting irish name today - Alastríona! It’s very long but very pretty IMO. Reading this back I realised I don’t like so many irish boy names (aside from Niall and the common Patrick which is a family name for me). Scottish names I like are Lauchlan, Naoirse and Douglas.

How do you pronounce Ailsa?I love Seamus! I like Grant, Craig, Scott, and would like Owen if not so popular.
