I honestly think all of your alternative combos go better together than Cora and Indigo. I love both names, but they are ill-fitting, imo. Maybe making one a first name and one a middle name would make them fit better.

Why not something like Cora Amina and Helena Indigo? That way, you can use both names, but the first names go together and the middle names go better together?
And I LOVE Juliet as a middle name for almost anything. It flows as a wonderful middle name for most names. Cora Juliet? Indigo Juliet? Helena Juliet? Amina Juliet? Sonora Juliet? Jacinta Juliet? Maisie Juliet? See what I mean? It only doesn't work well with Violet because they both end in -et. In that same regard, Cora flows as a first name for every name you posted about (except Sonora because they rhyme). Cora Violet? Cora Virginia? Cora Helena? Cora Feliciana (a personal favourite). Cora Inez? Cora Amina?

Indigo flows with almost every name listed here as well (except Callisto because same ending sound). Most of them flow either direction as well.

Cora and Maisie are the only 2-syllable names on your list, depending on how you pronounce Violet. I'd like Indigo and Viola as fns: maybe Indigo Coralie and Viola Juliet.

I like Cora and Indigo together! They are different but still match if you know what I mean. I also like Cora and Violet / Indigo and Zinnia / Cora and Juliet.

For some reason, I find myself wanting to make combos with the same initials, like Cora Callisto and Indigo Inez. Then both have one long and one short name and both share that it’s a name combo with the same initial twice. And yet, they’re two separate, individual names, just like the two kids will want to be seen as individual people and not just as a matching set.

Cora and Indigo feel completely different to me. Cora is stately and aristocratic, Indigo was conceived during the free love movement in the 60s and sells crystals. I love Cora paired with Helena, Inez is also nice.

Cora and Indigo don’t really fit together. Inez fits much better.

I think Cora and Indigo is ok.
I think stylistically, Cora and Indy or Indie makes more sense. You may also like Cora and Ivy, Cora and Iris, or Cora and Isla. Cora and Isabel, Cora and Ivory, and Cora & Imogen work too.
