Great name, prefer it as a mn though. It’s actually a name I thought about using for a mn, when pregnant with my DD.

One of my top 3 favorite X-Men :)
I love Jubilee, as a character and a name. I'd actually consider using it in real life, if I were to find a man as into X-Men as I am. I've been a fan of her since I was a little kid.
And yes, I know her name is actually Jubilation Lee, but Jubilee is what she's know as and I like it more than Jubilation.

A jubilee is the celebration of a special anniversary of an event. This word could be fitting as a name to celebrate the birth of the child and other special milestone birthdays.
Jubilee is also a word used to describe the celebration of a plentiful bounty caused by a natural phenomenon causing large amounts of fish and shellfish to become trapped in shallow waters.
I think a word pertaining to celebration makes a fine name.

I think it sounds bubbly and kitschy.
I feel like it's the (even more) religious/spiritual version of naming a kid Liberty. I don't consider that a bad association.
Then there's the dessert association which I don't like, reminds me of Ambrosia. And it's a name from X-Men.
I wouldn't use it (for a human, at least - I've named a goat this before) but don't dislike it.

I think it's silly. It's not attractive and I've only seen it used in very religious families.
To my Swedish eyes it also looks like a creative spelling (the -ee ending) even though that's not the case.

I don't like it, it's what the Duggar family named a stillborn daughter (Jubilee Shalom). It is too much of a word to me, one that doesn't seem name-y enough.

Didn't even think to associate the name with religion at all, my first thought was party or anniversary

I don't care for it at all. It sounds really made-up and childish. The appearance of it isn't any better either.
