I very strongly prefer Noemi! It is a very graceful, feminine and warm name and I just like the sound. Naomi is bland, doesn't look quite as good and sounds much worse, and I feel neutral about it at best.
My default pronunciation of Naomi is nah-AW-mee, and I've only learnt quite recently that it's nay-O-mee in English and was very surprised at that. While I've always preferred Noemi to Naomi, Naomi with the nay-O-mee pronunciation sounds much worse. Noemi flows nicer.

Naomi, prn. Nay-OH-mee... although the Nie-OH-mee prn. is also pretty.
Naomi (nay-O-mee) is one of my favorite names, so that is my answer for the post. Noemi is not a bad name, either, and works well in other languages (e.g. French & Spanish), but I'm not as crazy about it in English.
I prefer Naomi. It’s just what I’m more familiar with. I pronounce it “nay-oh-mee”.
Naomi, because it's the more traditional spelling. Any o me
I like Noemi better, possibly because that’s the form of the name I’m used to.
I prefer Naomi, probably just because I’m more used to it. Both are cool.
I probably pronounce it differently every time I say it, but I’m inclined to think I say “nay-O-mee” most commonly. Or somewhere between that and nye-O-mee.

I have no prefercene. I prounounce Naomi ny-oh-mee.
Naomi. I pronounce it "nay-oh-mee". Noemi bugs me a bit since it sounds like "No Emmy".
Naomi is my preference, though they are both pretty.
Naomi is pronounced Nay-OH-mee. Noemi is No-EMM-ee. At least, the one Noemi that I know says it that way.
