[Opinions] Gwenaëlle
What do you think of Gwenaëlle?I love the meaning "generous + blessed" and the nickname Gwen. I like the full name a lot too, more than Gwendolen. What do you think? Which longer version would you choose for Gwen?

Ummmmm. I think the ah syllable is uneccessary. Gwenelle is better. Or Gwena. I like Gwendolyn, Guinevere, Gwenelle nicknamed Gwen.

Beautiful! It was the name of my old roommate. She had a sister named Bénédicte.

Gorgeous! It shimmers. I prefer Gwendolen, though.

I prefer Gwendolen

I think Gwenaelle is beautiful and it generally comes without the accent mark even in Franch. I prefer Gwendoline or Gwendolyne to Gwendolen. Guinevere and Guenièvre can also be loner versions of Gwen. But I actually do not like Gwen and its sound.

Gwenaëlle is gorgeous, but unfortunately difficult to use outside of France I think.

I like Gwenaëlle. Usually I don’t care for the "Gwen" names but Gwenaëlle is very pretty. A much fresher alternative to Gabrielle.
