Martha feels very proper, tasteful, and quiet - not attractive, but certainly efficient. I don't think it will make a comeback.
Bertha really is quite horrid. It sounds massive, booming, and aggressive.
Erna is terminally dated, the "urrr" sound is abhorrent.
