[Opinions] Michelangelo or Thomas?
Which of these two do you prefer?

Thomas
This is such a funny question, the names are as different as they could be. It's like choosing between Madonna and Anne. I'd choose Thomas, Michelangelo is just too much.

I like them about equally, tbh, but I've never liked the meaning of Thomas.
...and I've actually met a Michelangelo, but I don't think I've ever met a Thomas (at least not who went by that instead of Tom)!

Michelangelo is a lot to live up to, and he'd probably end up as Mike anyway.
Tom is a good name.

Thomas. Michelangelo is mythical and pretentious. I’d come back down to earth and use Thomas.

Of these two, probably Thomas. Michelangelo is a lot of name. Not sure just anyone could carry that off. Of course, Thomas is kind of the polar opposite. I've seen someone post a lot of Thomas vs. Raphael polls lately. Out of all three names, I could most see myself using Raphael.
They couldn’t be more different to me, despite them both being classics. Michelangelo seems very self-aggrandizing and ostentatious. Thomas is sweet and humble.
Will siblings ever be a possibility in the future? If so, it might help to take a look at your overall naming style and decide which of those directions you’d want to head in.
For me personally, I’d choose Thomas.

To be honest, neither. Michelangelo makes me think of the Sistine Chapel, which isn't a bad association, but I'm not fond of names having only one overriding association. Thomas is okay, but it isn't interesting. If I had to pick, then I would go with Thomas since I'm not Italian.
