I like it. One of my daughter's mns is Roxanna (it was the name we liked best that contained Anna whom we wanted to honour).

I posted about this not too long ago as it has recently piqued my attention.

I think it's gorgeous. It's international, well known but uncommon, and easy to say and spell.

Nicknames could be Roxy, Xan, Xana, Sana, orahe could be Roxana in full.
