As a Dutch person, I pronounce it as tee-TAH-nee-yah.
Other Dutchies might say that it is actually tee-TAH-nee-ah, but if you listen closely, you will typically hear a faint 'y' even from them.
The name is all right in general, but a bit too heavy for a first name. I would put it in the middle name slot.
