I'm assuming you want opinions?To me it's very much a Black name, like Latoya (which I think sounds prettier than Toya) and very dated to the seventies and eighties. A lot of Black names of that era fell out of style very quickly, even more quickly than other names popular around that time like Heather and Misty.Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
