My favorite form of this name has to be Isabela. I personally don't like Annabel because i grew up with a really creepy kids' cartoon title Anabel that gave me nightmares XD I get that Isabelle and Isabel might sound the same in some languages, but the "e" in Isabelle would get pronounced in my language (Think Isabelly), and that's why i'm not a big fan of "-elle" names. I really like Isobel, though.
