Isabel is fine, and Isobel is much nicer. Neither would shorten naturally to Bella, so they're safe.
Isabelle is fine in France; in an English context, it just looks needlessly frilly and fussy.
I prefer Isobel; it looks more distinctive I suppose.
Isobel. I like Annabel, but not as much.
I'd never use Isabeau, but its wonderful eccentricity really appeals to me. And I know a very nice Isabeau, which always helps.
