It's my gma's name! She pronounces it Reena. Everyone here hates it because it's similar to Renal. She was named after her grandmother, Orena.
I like it. It's an offbeat flapper name. My grandmother is awesome and I wouldn't be opposed to using it as an honoring name. 8/10 for me because of associations. I also toy with the idea of Irene/Irena.
