It’s fine. It’s a bit too dated for my liking but it’s unpretending and less frilly than Francesca, which I like. I might prefer Françoise, though.
I don’t really like Fran or Franny as nicknames, but Frankie is alright.
Frances Alison Annette is lovely! I like how it freshens up Frances a bit.
I would go with something like Frances Claire Annette or Frances May Annette.

I like Frances; I prefer Francis for a male but I would keep the full form and not use Frank, though I don't mind it. Frank, short for Franklin, would be fine.
Frances for a girl shouldn't need a nn, but the only one I've heard has been Fran, to rhyme with Fan, although Frances has a long A sound.
Frances Deborah Mary
Frances Margaret Clare
Frances Alison May

I'm not a fan of Frances on a female.
It's ok. I'm rather neutral on it I guess - it neither excites me nor repulses me. I like Francesca more.
I don't like any nicknames other than Frankie. Why would anyone want to be called/call a child Sissy or Fanny? Awful.
The combos don't appeal to me. I know they're honouring, but they're quite dated in my opinion and they make Frances look dowdy.
Frances Margaret May
Frances Mary Claire
Frances Piera May
Would you consider Anna as an alternative to Annette? And Alice as an alternative to Alison? They're more timeless.

Frances is one of those names that I never liked and probably will never like. I usually warm up to many names, not to this one. It's just so increcibly ugly sounding to my ears. I can hardly imagine an uglier sound. Fran and Frannie are awful too. I can kind of appreciate Fanny but of course in English speaking countries that doesn't work at all. Frankie is awful too. Well, Fanny outside of English speaking countries. Otherwise I'd rather have the full name than any of the nicknames. Frannie if I must.
Neither of the combos flow well and I dislike the two As. But if they are family names, use them.
Frances Mary Claire
Frances Mary Deborah
Frances Petra May
May, Mary and Claire are my favorites but May doesn't go well with Mary or Claire. I prefer Clare over Claire.
I like Francesca much better than Frances.

I think I like it more in theory than in practice? Both masculine and feminine.
It was a name that came up a LOT when researching my family tree. Between 1780 and 1950, there were many, many Frances both male and female and I wish I liked it more for that reason. I think it was the most common name next to George.
I love Frankie though. Actually I kinda like Frank in that granddad kinda way. I also sort-of like Francine ish.
I think out of the options I'd go for
Frances May or Frances Annette
