The Cecilia spelling and that one's a huge fave of mine.
The Cecelia spelling just looks odd to me.
I think it has something to do with the difference in the pronunciation between the Danish (my native) and the English ways. We practically pronounce the second 'e' in Cecelia as an 'i', so Cecilia is a better way of spelling it, and, overall, it really looks better and more correct to me.
