2. I used to. I'm not a big fan of it now, it's a bit boring and I feel like it's already dated (to the 90s/ 2010s).
3. I have known one female and one male Regan. The girl was about 4 when I knew her, she had dark curly hair and she was a nice enough kid, except she was easily led into doing the wrong thing by one of her friends. The male was in his mid teens when I knew him, he had longish blond hair and a wicked sense of humour.
4. I think I slightly prefer Tegan to Regan, but I prefer Regan to Megan. I pronounce all of them as rhyming with each other.
5. Definitely Regan over Rhiannon.
6. Regan over Reagan, I find the pronunciation more straight forward with Regan.
