If I recall, it's only got one l in Carthaginian! And to me the i sounds like the vowel in fit, not feet. I like it, but I imagine most people would perceive it as a version of Eliza and pronounce it accordingly.I don't find Alissa and Elisa (Eleesa) at all interesting; Elissa is.
