1) Εὐλόγιος Eulogios 7/10 It is the best among the forms. I think that it is interesting but quite too complicated to be added to my list.

2) Евлогий Yevlogiy 7/10 same as above.

3) Eulogio (ew-LOH-jo, Italian) and ew-LOH-hee-o (Spanish) 5/10 both are boring.

4) Eulogius 4/10 I dislike the Latin form. Way too obscure.

5) Evlogi 3/10 I much prefer it written Yevlogiy.

I like Yevlogiy. Rather obscure Russian names are totally my thing ;-) It has a great meaning too. But my favorite variant is Eulogius.
