I happen to have liked the Dixie Chicks when they were big, but I wouldn't want to have been named after them.
Dixie is mildly cute, but it's also a bit too cute, like something you'd name a dachshund. Dixie Dachsie or something like that. I know a Dixie, she is probably fifty.
