I want a middle name for Kerr. A male name pronounced KR. Is Baylor good? You have suggestions?

No, not Baylor. Maybe Taylor. I'd avoid anything that starts with B because Kerr is so short and R can run together with it. I hear words formed with Kerr (kerb, etc).

Personally I don't like the sound of Kerr Baylor.. I'm thinking maybe a longer, 3-syllable middle name as Kerr is short and sweet.
