I don't think of Sesame Street exactly, but I do think of green shag rugs (and Oscar?).
It seems very...midcentury grunge or fuzzy in an avant-garde jazz type way.
It's garish and works about like Garfield / Homer / Elmer / Chester would, though possibly a little more fashionably, like Otis / Oscar / Gus / Asher.
Also, sounds like it could be unisex in a modern context (Harper, Piper, Juniper, Parker, Hunter, River, Clover, Grover).
I like Grover more than Percy or Annabeth ...maybe because it seems less proper, but I don't strongly like/dislike any of them.
Percy sounds a little persnickety/parsimonious/chivalrous and Annabeth sounds conventional/happy-go-lucky.
