On its own its a very interesting name - obscure even for a name derived from astronomy, to the extent that I'm surprised J.K. Rowling didn't use it. :-)
However, I suspect a real-life Minelauva (if there... is one?) would probably have her name misunderstood as Minerva a lot. That's also not a common name, but still far more familiar.
