I like it but it would always get mistaken for Kaia, and I also think Kaia would look better in most of these combos.

I like all of those except Caia Justine.
Caia Delphine & Caia Daphne = shiny and a little fantastical
Caia Wren & Caia Willow = naturey, would be better with Kaia
Caia Antonia = down to earth, also better with Kaia
