Edmund. There’s one in my son’s nursery who just goes by the full name. Edwin and Edward are nice too, though.
Ted / Teddy are super popular here (as standalone names as well as nns for Theodore or Edward) and are too trendy for me. Ned still just makes me think of Ned Flanders from The Simpsons! I would go with Eddie as a nn.
