I don’t like it. As Wordsmith pointed out, it’s extremely sweet-sounding to the point of being icky. Tremendously cutesy, and I don’t think I’d even find it cute on a child. Maybe for a pet?

Besides, Millibelle doesn’t roll off the tongue nicely at all. Might as well go with Millie Belle.
