My sister-in-law and her husband announced the birth of their third & fourth child earlier today.
The twins are named Theodore Elijah and Gwendolyn Lucille. They are joining older sister Juliet Evangeline.
What do you all think of the twins' and their older sister's names?

I love Theodore, Gwendolyn and Juliet together. Great names.

My first thought, referring to all the names, is that they're very of-the-moment. By that I mean they follow a popular, current style, not that the names are trendy. They're nice names. They don't fit my personal style, but they all are solid, serviceable names. They are fine on young children and will age well too.Congratulations to your family!

I like the names, although Gwendolyn Lucille sticks out a bit. Gwendolyn feels like a different style and I don't like Lucille paired with Gwendolyn. But I do like all the first names individually. Gwen is a cute, and I like the nicknames Theo and Teddy. Lovely, sensible names overall, and not too common (although Theodore's getting up there).

Very nice combos and as a sibset. I'm especially fond of Gwendolyn Lucille.

Theodore is nice, if he goes by Ted. Elijah I like a lot.
Gwendolyn has no appeal for me, the gw sound is very unpleasant. Lucille is kind of grim, so the whole combo is heavy and sour.
Juliette Evangeline is over the top fancy.
Are you missing a kid here? Because you say the twins are the third and fourth kids in that family but there's only one older child's name mentioned.

No, it was a typo. There are only three kids.she said so in another comment.

The only name I don't like is Evangeline. The names go together very well I think. Congratulations to them =)
