I teach two girls named Salsabila which this reminds me of.

I like what this name is trying to do but the result seems a bit messy. I genuinely do like mashup names, I love the creativity. This one isn't working for me.

An unsuccessful splice of two very different names: fan as in uncritical admirer, plus fanny = backside, or the front of the backside, depending on which side of the North Atlantic one is on, and then the timeless elegance of Sibylla ... not good.
