Ok well, any name can be a "Muslim" name, because anyone from any cultural background can be a Muslim. I know Muslims named things like Ludmila, Dave and Ingrid. Does she mean Arabic names? The Arabic name list here is quite good. https://www.behindthename.com/names/usage/arabic

Yes I agree, but I believe she means Arabic names with specific religious context behind them. Thank you!
