I think Lily Claire, Lily Caroline (hate Cara), Lily Katherine/Kate, and Lily Vivian are the best ones you have.

I don't think the second name need necessarily be shortened or short.

I also think the second name doesn't have to be shortened. It can take a part of the meaning off!

Isn't she looking for a double name (as in always calling her by both names?). That's what I thought. Lily Beatrice is nice but always having to call "Lily Beatrice, dinner's ready" might be a bit annoying.
