Honestly the first thing that came to my mind are ridiculous things like Delight or Deianeira or Deeley, since, if I was in that situation I know my brain would spit out something really unhelpful. Like "Dee......Dee".
We used to call my friend Danielle "Dee" when we were kids. Maybe Deandra? Denise?
