[Opinions] Re: Sybil and Sibyl
in reply to a message by Perrine
I love the name Sybil / Sibyl!
I prefer it spelled Sybil, but Sibyl works too. I would personally like it to make a comeback, along with other names that seem to have gone out of fashion. (Such as Margaret, Marjorie, Bessie / Bess, Hester, Ingrid, Kathleen, and Barbara, etc.) If any of these names made a comeback, it'd be like a breath of fresh air among all the modern/currently trendy names such as Neveah, Nova, Harper, Jayden, Asher, Levi, Emma, Grace, Oliver, etc. (Not that I have anything against those names, it's just that I've hear of/met a lot of them... 2 Neveahs, 3 Novas, 7 Harpers, 4 Jaydens, 9 Ashers, 10 Levis, 11 Emmas, 7 Graces, and 4 Olivers. That's how many of them I've actually met.)
