I love Artemisia! It has both antiqueness and floralness.Besides, Artemisia Gentileschi is really an interesting namesake.

I like this name a lot! It's on my GP list, mainly because I would most likely use it for a character.

I love it, love the Gentileschi association, though I would be more likely to use it as an internet handle than on a child.

Don’t like it at all.

I'm a fan of Greek mythology, Baroque art, female artists, and overdramatic names, so Artemisia ticks off a lot of boxes for me. I also think the nickname "Artie" would be very pert. Artemisia is an old favourite :)I've never thought about how I would combo it though.....Maybe something appropriately elaborate?Artemisia Ursula
Artemisia Christiana
Artemisia Eleonora
Artemisia Anna Maria
Artemisia Lucasta
Artemisia Elisabeth It might be nice paired with something short and snappy too:Artemisia Lucy
Artemisia Frida (very arty)
Artemisia Mina
Artemisia Maude
Artemisia Molly
Artemisia Daphne
Artemisia MillyAnd as a middle name, I think I'd like it put with firsts that are a bit fuddy-duddy or "blah"Emily Artemisia
Agnes Artemisia
Evelyn Artemisia
Frances Artemisia
Mildred Artemisia
Ethel Artemisia

I adore it's baroque sound and association with Artemis and Artemisia Gentileschi.
