Love it so much! Only spelled Liliana though. I've know a few Portuguese and Hispanic girls named Liliana. I think it's gorgeous, and feminine.

I love it but I prefer Lilia which I find simpler while still being feminine and a little frilly.

I dislike it. It's so mainstream.

I like it, but I like Liliana better than Lilliana. It's closer to Lily with one l.
Liliana seems like more of a 'serious name' than Lily, but it has a little bit of frilliness that stops it from being uptight like Lillian. (I like Lillian too, but compared to Lily and Liliana it looks prudish and stuffy).

The title and your post contain different spellings of the name. I vastly prefer the single-L spelling, as I think Lilliana looks cluttered / clumsy. The second-L is necessary in Lillian, but not Liliana, imo.

As for Liliana, it's a seemingly elaborate name that's actually easy to live with. I've met at least two women with this name, both Hispanic / Latina. (And also, both in healthcare.) I've always thought it was a very pretty name.

Lily is soft and feminine enough, Liliana is overkill IMO. It's very sickly sweet.
