[Opinions] Sybella/Sabella

What do you think of these names? Sybella or Sabella?? It's been a guilty pleasure of mine recently.

I like Sabella. I don't really like Sybella but it reminds me of Sybil, Sybilla, and Sibylla.
I think the similarity to those names makes Sabella seem darker than it should (also the similarity to sable). Isabella is so light and fluffy but Sabella seems more spooky.

Why bother, when Sibylla and Sybilla are waiting in the wings? All you gain is a false etymology.

NopeSibylla is one of my favorite names, so I can't tolerate Sybella and Sabella.

I'm with you. I think I lean towards Sybella. But both are nice.

Sabella looks better to me.It's okay. It might have been a nice name 25 years ago but now it just looks like you cut the I off the very popular Isabella and it is always going to be mistaken for Isabella. Sybella looks less like Isabella but might get mispronounced.
