Julian Herbert Folke is the third son of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia of Sweden. The new baby joins big brothers Alexander Erik Hubertus Bertil and Gabriel Carl Walther. Folke and Hubertus are middle names of Carl Philip's father, King Carl XVI Gustaf, and Erik the name of Sofia's father, Erik Hellqvist, while Bertil and Walther were names of Carl Philip's great-uncle, Prince Bertil, and grandfather, Walther Sommerlath.

Julian's cousins are:

(Children of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel)
Estelle Silvia Ewa Mary
Oscar Carl Olof

(Children of Princess Madeleine and Christopher "Chris" O'Neill)

I really like it! Herbert is such a great name, and Folke is very continentally severe.

Big fan of Julian. One of my Great Great Grandfathers was named Julian. So I have a soft spot. Not the biggest fan of Herbert. But it all flows well together.

Alexander, Gabriel, and Julian make a really nice pairing. Actually, I think all the siblings groups go well together.

I love Leonore (prefer Lenore or Lenora), Maria, Adrienne, Alice, Josephine, and Estelle.

The only boys names I like are Carl and Paul. Oscar is okay, and I also like it. However, something just doesn't sit right with Oscar.

Lovely names! I'm a big fan of the European Royal Families. The Swedish one is charming! Future queen Victoria and her daughter Estelle... Princess Madeleine... Sofia Hellqvist!
